Rick Ferguson
NMLS # 543504
Ricky is a senior loan officer with Lighthouse Mortgage Services, joining our team in 2019 with more than 20 years’ experience as a lender. Specializing in USDA, VA, FHA, and Conventional Loans, Ricky’s favorite part of the job is seeing the excitement of the buyers at closing when they achieve their dream of owning their very own home. His advice for prospective homebuyers is:
“Be diligent on your credit. Make sure things don’t go unpaid and stay on top of collections. Don’t overuse credit cards. Keep balances low. Always try to purchase your home before you buy a new car because that can seriously limit the amount of home you can purchase.”
A graduate of Indiana University Bloomington, Ricky lives in Bedford with his family and enjoys running and golf in his spare time. He also participates in the annual food donation drive to benefit Becky’s Place Women’s Shelter.
