Jason Parsley has been a mortgage loan originator for 23 years and in the financial world for the last 25 years. He lived in Bedford Indiana for 45 years before moving to Bozeman Montana, where he lives with his wife Lisa. He graduated from Bedford North Lawrence high school in 1994.

He has completed several financial and lending courses and has obtained several certifications in the field of finance. He is a Shriner and enjoys working with the Shriners hospital for kids. In his free time, he enjoys working on classic cars, snow skiing, water skiing, hunting, fishing, hiking, atving and camping.

After spending a summer running horses through Yellowstone, he knew he had to make Big Sky Country his home and in 2018 that reality came true. Spearheading FSB’s 7th Full Service location in downtown Belgrade, Justin and his highly capable team of bankers specialize in all aspects of banking. Laura is a seasoned banking professional with over 24 years of experience. In 2023, she joined Flanagan State Bank, bringing her expertise to serve the financial needs of our community.  A proud graduate of Wichita State University, she holds a degree in Finance. 

Outside of her professional life, Laura has called Belgrade home for 18 years, where she resides with her husband, Trevor, and two young sons. She takes great pleasure in supporting her children’s sports activities, and you’ll always find her cheering them on from the sidelines. Laura enjoys traveling to visit family and unwinding at the hot springs. She also enjoys engaging in friendly competitions, whether it’s a game of cornhole or an evening of cards.

Hall Matthews is our newest addition to the Montana team as a summer Intern. Still enrolled at Montana State University, Hall is expected to graduate early in the Fall of 2025 with a Business Management degree and a Finance minor. As an Eagle Scout and MSU Honors student, Hall is a hard worker and motivated learner.

Moving north from Colorado, Hall has fallen in love with the sportsman’s paradise of Montana. He plans to stay in Montana post-graduation and is excited to lay down roots in Bozeman. Outside the office, you can find Hall hunting Montana’s vast prairies and forests alongside his loyal birddog. Besides dog training, Hall enjoys cooking, hiking, photography, and fishing.
