A: There are no changes to fees or account features directly related to this transition. However, customers may experience improved efficiency and reliability in banking services, which can contribute to a smoother banking experience overall.

Q: How will Flanagan State Bank ensure a smooth transition for customers?
A: Flanagan State Bank is dedicated to making this transition as smooth as possible for our customers. Our team is available to answer any questions and provide assistance throughout the process. We will also communicate important information and updates to ensure customers are well-informed and prepared for the changes.

Q: When will the software upgrade take place?
A: The software upgrade will start on Thursday, July 18th, and continue until Monday, July 22nd.

Q: Will ATM services be affected during the upgrade?
A: Yes, ATM services will be temporarily unavailable on July 18th. Full service is expected to resume on Friday, July 19th, but balance inquiries will not be available until Monday, July 22nd.

Q: When will I receive my new EMV contactless chip, “Tap to Pay,” debit card?
A: Your new debit card is expected to arrive by July 18th via mail, accompanied by activation instructions. Your old card will be deactivated after July 17th.

Q: When will I receive my paper statement after the upgrade?
A: All checking and savings accounts will receive a paper statement as of July 18th. Interest-bearing accounts will receive interest effective July 18th and again at the next scheduled time.

Q: Will Bill Pay services be available during the upgrade?
A: Bill Pay services will be temporarily unavailable from Monday, July 15th through the morning of Monday, July 22nd. Recurring payments will not convert, so please schedule them accordingly.

Q: Is Zelle available after the upgrade?
A: Zelle will be discontinued starting July 15th, 2024. It will not be integrated into our new system, but you can still use the Zelle app separately.

Q: When can I download the new Mobile Banking App?
A: You can download the new Flanagan State Bank Mobile Banking App from Google Play or the App Store on or after Monday, July 22nd.

Q: Do I need to update my account numbers after the upgrade?
A: Your checking and savings account numbers will remain unchanged. However, loan account numbers will be slightly modified. Update your account number with other institutions if you use your loan account number for electronic or online bill payments.

Q: How do I log in to Digital Banking after the upgrade?
A: Digital Banking services will be unavailable from Thursday, July 18th through 9 a.m. Monday, July 22nd. Log in using your existing username and a temporary password (combination of username and last four digits of your tax ID). You can set a new password after logging in with the temporary one.
