WHY WE COLLECT YOUR INFORMATION

The Flanagan State Bank gathers information about you and your accounts so we can (i) deliver products and services tailored to your needs, (ii) know who you are and thereby prevent unauthorized access to your information, (iii) design and improve the products we offer, and (iv) comply with laws and regulations that govern us.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products and services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards and regulations to guard your information.

WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We may collect the following types of "non-public personal information" about you:

• Information about your identity, such as your name, address and Social Security number.
• Information about your transactions with our affiliates or us, such as account balance, payment history and credit card usage;
• Information we receive from you on applications or other loan and account forms, such as your assets, income or medical information; and
• Information we receive from credit bureaus and other companies, such as your creditworthiness and payment history.

"Non-public personal information" is nonpublic information about you that we obtain in connection with providing a financial product or service to you, such as that described in the examples above.

WHAT INFORMATION WE DISCLOSE

We require companies to which we disclose your nonpublic personal information about you to maintain its confidentiality. We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about you to anyone, except as permitted by law.

• We may disclose all of the information that we collect, as described above, to our "financial partners": companies that perform services on our behalf or other financial institutions with which we have joint marketing arrangements.
• We are also permitted by law to disclose non-public personal information about you to affiliates and "nonaffiliated third parties" in certain circumstances. For example, we may disclose non-public personal information about you to (i) companies to assist us in servicing your loan or account with us, (ii) to government entities in response to subpoenas, and (iii) to credit bureaus
• We do not share medical information about you with our financial partners or affiliates to market non-insurance products or make credit decisions.
